The Client
The client was an elderly lady living in the Stamford area. She originally found us through our advert on Facebook and proceeded to check out our website and our social media and was convinced we were the right company for the job.

The Challenge
Our client wanted her garage converting, so she had a great space to have all the family round for Christmas dinner. The previous dining room at the back of the house wasn’t big enough for that and at the time the garage was not being used for much so it made perfect sense to convert it.

The Solution
In order to give the client what they are looking for. The best way is to do a complete conversion in the garage space and change the use of this storage area into a proper living space.

The Results
We managed to completely transform the look and feel of the garage into a habitable area and include an internal door to go from the newly transformed garage into the house. The room is fully insulated with a brand-new PVC window and radiator. The client now even has flooring in there to match the existing downstairs areas. This has now added around 15 m² extra space not to mention more value if she were to sell the property in the future.
