Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No — just drop in. We’re open Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm at 1 Eden Way, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 7BY. If you prefer, you can book a dedicated design consultation.
What happens during a design consultation?
We’ll talk through your goals, budget and style, take measurements (or arrange a survey), and create a tailored design and quotation. Consultations are free.
Can you do virtual/phone consultations?
Yes — if you’d rather start remotely, we can review photos, rough measurements and inspiration together, then plan a showroom visit when you’re ready.
Do you supply only, or also install?
Both. Most clients choose our end-to-end service (design, supply, installation); we also do supply-only and can work alongside your builder.
What brands and quality can I expect?
We curate durable, lived-in quality ranges (e.g., sleek Italian kitchens, smart German bathrooms), with working displays you can touch and test in the showroom
How long is a bathroom refit likely to take?
Depending on the project, this could be anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. With some larger remodelling projects this timescale may be extended to 3 weeks.
How long from ordering to installation?
Lead times vary by product and season. Some projects can start in as little as 4 weeks; we’ll confirm after design sign-off.
Do you remove my old kitchen/bathroom and handle waste?
Yes. We’re licensed waste carriers and handle disposal responsibly. Usually by on or off site skips
How quickly can you get started?
Sometimes as soon as 4 weeks however we believe it's important for you to have the time to consider the project in its entirety and that you are happy for us to put a date in the diary to get started.
How quickly will I get my quote and drawings?
After we’ve discussed your brief, designs are typically turned around within a few days.
When you have finished, can you dispose of our old bathroom suite?
We take our waste away from your home or we use skips on the driveway. We have our own yard where we can dispose of waste. We are also registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency.
What’s the deposit and how do stage payments work?
A booking deposit (minimum £300, non-refundable) secures your slot and procurement. Some projects use weekly stage payments during installation, with the final balance on completion. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
Can you work to my budget?
Absolutely — we’ll show options at different price points so you can choose where to save or invest.
What guarantees do I get?
Manufacturer warranties apply to products; our workmanship is covered by a 12-month labour guarantee
Do you offer a sparkle clean after installation?
Yes — once fitting is complete we arrange a professional sparkle clean so your new space is ready to use immediately.
What if something arrives damaged?
Report any delivery damage within 24 hours (photos help) and we’ll liaise with suppliers/carriers to resolve
How much say do we get with the design of our new kitchen?
We will provide you with a wide range of options tailoring the design fully to your needs. We are also on hand to help advise you ensuring you get the exact kitchen you are dreaming of.
Which areas do you cover?
Primarily Peterborough and Stamford; we do travel further — just ask.
Do you work evenings/weekends?
Our showroom is open Monday to Saturday 9am–5pm. Installation schedules are planned to minimise disruption as much as possible and are generally Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Sometimes our installers may work on a Saturday but this can be agreed before hand
Do you sell to trade?
