Once we have been to visit you and have an initial discussion we will get the design underway almost straight away. This process usually takes a few days giving you time to consider all of your options. We are on hand to discuss any questions you may have during this time.
Yes we can accommodate all situations as we appreciate most households can be busy. We even offer the use of a very clean portable toilet if the situation calls for it. Please ask for more details when you request a quote.
No. You do not need to apply for planning permission, but you will need to submit a building control application. We can assist you with this. Just ask for more details.
Unfortunately, not. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am -4pm.
We would ask that you let us know ASAP if there is anything you wish to amend, and we can discuss if this is possible. If so, we would agree a plan of action and offer the best solution for you.
Depending on the project, this could be anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. With some larger remodelling projects this timescale may be extended to 3 weeks.
We offer a 1-year minimum and 3 year maximum guarantee on all of our work and up to 25 years on the materials.
Yes we always take a deposit which is likely to be around 30% of the total project price. This covers the time in the diary and is used to pay for the materials up front.
Sometimes as soon as 4 weeks however we believe it's important for you to have the time to consider the project in its entirety and that you are happy for us to put a date in the diary to get started.
No. We do not charge for our estimates.
We always take our waste away from your home. We very rarely use skips on the driveway (except with much larger projects) and we have our own yard where we can dispose of waste. We are also registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency.

Yes we have an insurance policy that covers us for up to £5,000,000 for all kinds of construction work.
