Project: Built Around the Layout

This project began by opening up the space, removing the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room and supporting the new layout with structural steel. Doorways were reworked to suit the design, with all areas plastered and prepared ready for installation.

Once complete, the old kitchen and utility were removed and replaced with a new Lucente Matt Cashmere kitchen and utility, installed in line with the CAD plans. Storage was carefully considered throughout, with pull-out solutions and integrated features, alongside new lighting and flooring to complete the space. The installation was carefully managed in stages to ensure everything was completed in the right order and to a high standard.
